Wintec saddle billet question?

I have a wintec saddle that I LOVE but my only problem is the billets are kinda falling apart like the nylon is still in great shape but the part that covers the nylon is falling off and its getting really hard to tighten the girth. so my question is could I get leather billet straps put on it? and If so, where could i get that done?
