Airsoft scope did not come with intructions on zeroing in the scope. Need help?

So I just got the jg bar 10 which is great and it came with a nice scope, but the problem is it has no intructions on which way to turn the dials for leverage or from left to right. If someone has the same scope or knows if there is a default that aPplies to all scopes please tell me.
