I am 14. I am almost 5 ft tall. And have a penis of 3.8 in flacid, and an erect penis of 4.3 in. I have a girth of about 4.5 inches. I am curious if this is average for my age / height? I believe I havent hit puberty, as my doctor said I am starting it. Please respond!
