What is a good airsoft vest?

Ok, I want a tactical vest for airsoft. I want it to hold ammo and just to look B.A. The problem is, I don't want a vest that significantly lessens the pain from the airsoft pellets. I really don't mind the pain at all. I feel like it adds a sense of realism to airsoft. Just to be clear, I am not some emo who likes the feel of pain. I just feel that the the pain makes the game more fun. Anyway, I want a vest that can carry my M1911A1 pistol and a JG M4 magazine.
