What will happen if you over charge a airsoft gun battery?

hey i got a jg tac r71 and i was wondering if i like used it during the day and when i went to bed and keep it on the charger would it hurt it any.i work so i uassly go to bed around 11 give or take an hour and im always up by 6 for work thank you
