My penis looks a little funny Need help!?

Im 17 almost 18 in a month. Ok so early i went to the bathroom. I noticed something wierd, my penis was larger than before at the base, and still the same at the top. I felt around too feel if anything was making it large but I felt no pain? My penis is still the same color so no Discloration wat might it be? Has my penis finally grown girth? I measured 5 inches before but now its 6in? I need help! Thanx
