Is the nagant revolver a good revolver?

I was looking on jg sales and they have them for 99 dollars? Are they a good accurate gun for the price? Is the 7.62x38r a good round if you ask me it looks like a unc!rcum$sized pen!$ but that's just one mans opinion.
